Speaker Bio: Dean A. Schaffer works for the State Bar of Texas in the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel. His primary assignment is the pilot program “Cessations Docket.” The pilot stems from increase in demand to address situations in which lawyers are deceased or otherwise “absent.”
